Virus
A disguised program that can be destructive. A virus is usually unintentionally downloaded or is on a disk that someone has lent out without checking. There are virus-checking programs, but new viruses are being introduced daily.

Web Page
The graphical representation of data for a location to be used with browsers.

WWW
The World Wide Web is the graphical Internet paradigm that allows users to browse linked Web pages via the Internet.

Whois
The Whois database is the location where all domain names are maintained. It can be accessed at www.whois.net.
